Why do girls have to be so confusing?

Girls aren't really complicated. Boys are just simple. You just have to pay attention and don't doze off so you will understand what we girls are trying to say. And plus it keeps a boy's mind active so they don't become lazy. That's my only advice: pay attention and don't be lazy so you would understand what's going on.

In truth, girls will ask the same question about men. Girls do speak English, all you have to do is listen. Some girls find it exhilirating to meet a guy who will listen, and remember the little things. Perhaps they won't always be open to you, but after time, you'll se that most will find comfort in oyu. It's not that they don;t want to know you, it's that they just don;t understand you, just start with a hello, and from there, sparks will fly.

ANSWERJust ask them. I'm a girl, and I would much rather a guy just come out and tell me what he's thinking than have him beat around the bush to spare my feelings. We don't understand you better than you understand us, but all it takes to clear that up is a bit of communication. It's easy. We don't bite. Generally. We hate second guessing as much as you do, and straight-shooting is much appreciated, at least I think so.

I'm a girl, and I must say I think the same thing about boys. However, as someone else said, most girls appreciate someone who listens. I'm rather intent on not having a boyfriend for as long as possible, and being "Miss Independent," so to speak, yet when this one guy who I was acquainted with for several years started actually talking to me (I'm not even entirely sure how he managed it... ha ha, if I could remember, it'd probably be good advice for any of you...), I was very impressed and found it very easy to talk to him. Basically, if you'll express your feelings, most girls will express theirs. And it doesn't have to be anything special, at first; you can talk about little things like books, what bands you listen to, etc.

yes, I understand, our thoughts might be more complex than yours (ie cars! girls! TV! Video Games! Food!) but is what I listed REALLY that complicated? I'm sorry, that was probably too mean. Okay, here's what I meant. Guys are just as confusing to girls as girls are to guys. It's because, really, most of us have a lot in common, but we can't figure out how to relate to people we like. It's really nothing specific.

They are both different. The question is wrong because sometimes girls do understand boys. The only real time when girls understand boys is either when they pretend to or they are a tomboy. Tomboys are girls who are more boyish. Boys tend to age more slowly than girls so they can be a little more childish up until their late twenty's. Most girls age faster so they tend to mature more quickly.

guys are really hard to understand because we are girls,and we will speak a wholenother language than boys,wich we forget. They could mean ALOT of things when they say somthing. just hold in there!

Obviously a lady answered the above. A dude answer would be "we ain't hard to understand!" But My answer would be we're all humans and communicate accordingly. If you don't get a guy then he ain't your type. A meaningful companionship no matter who's involved should start with being able to understand intellectually, then emotionally, and finally attractively. Do this in reverse or any other order, You will eventually find your man hard to understand. That's my theory.

Girls sometimes do that on purpose, and they think that emotionally/love/crush, that it's really easy to guess who they like. Girls are most of the time confused about crushes, if they hadn't have many boyfriends before. Some are playing hard to get. Girls know that if they are being complicated, it won't be as obvious how they feel, as if they were just easy, because then they would let their emotions out (I'm not saying the emotions are depressing, or somthing. Just secrets.)
