Why do guys say that you will always be friends and then he ignores you around his girlfriend which used to be your bff but when she not around he treats you even better than her?

Maybe the guy ignores you because his girlfriend might be jealous of you? That can be a reason. How about you ask him why he ignores you whenever his gf is with him? So, your friendship won't be ruined right? :)

You have to treat her nice. or she will be gone. make sure you spend time with her and talk to her. don't be one of those kids who ignores her around your friends but don't ignore your friends either. don't pressure her into anything.

He probably doesn't want you all to be mad at each other As you are great friends he finds it easy to talk to you when his girlfriend is not about. This does not mean he likes you more but just makes up for when he doesn't talk much when she is about. She is his girlfriend so look elsewhere for a boyfriend of your own. It would only cause harm if you try and take him away from her.
