Obviously before break up you two love each other. Then how suddenly after break up you can forget them . It takes time but it will get fine soon.

all you have to do is ask the Sim on a few dates and soon after you guys get to know each other, there will be a button when you click on the Sim that says "Propose", and if you click on that then there will be a button that say "Engagement" then WAH LAH your Sims are back together!!
