Yes u can toast hash-browns but I'm not sur u r actually supposed to... If you are using the commercially repaired "hash-browns" designed for a toaster, yes. If you just want to :crisp up" your hash browns, turn the temperature of the stove (under the pan) down to medium low, make sure there is enough butter in the pan and allow time to do the work. Check often to be sure the hash browns are not burning to the pan.
Don't put too many on the pan at one time. Cook them in smaller batches and store them in a warm oven until you serve them.
Yes, or you can just use some non-stick spray like pam.
Because if someone walks by they might hit the handle and it will fall - so it will prevent accidents if it doesn't stick out. Good Luck
Non-stick cookware is an essential element for the modern kitchen. It helps prevent ingredients from sticking to the pan and therefore assists in the cooking process.

Yes, but the food then will stick to the aluminum foil. Alternative, one may brush the cooking pan with oil or use a non-stick spray. Depending on the type of cooking being done, baking pans may be lined with waxed paper or parchment which may also be sprayed or brushed with oil.
