They don't, usually. Lions are from Africa, Tigers from Asia, they would rarely see each other.
Bears, Lions, Tigers, Monkeys, elephants, sometimes underwater animals such as seals. Sometimes polar bears. And so many more! Zebras too. :)

Tigers and lions inhabit different parts of the world, and the only contact they would have would be in captivity. Tigers are larger and more powerful, but not likely they would see each other as prey.
The habitat ranges of these two creatures do not overlap, but if they do predation of Lions by Tigers is likely since Tigers are known to stalk and prey on mega fauna like bears,crocodiles, elephants and rhinos. The closest their habitats come is in India, and recently when Indian govt. wanted to reintroduce Lions in a national park in the state of Uttar pradesh, rangers and wild life biologists were preempting and planning for possible predation of Lions by Tigers, since Bengal Tigers are arund 25% bigger in size than normal African lions, moreover Asiatic lions are a little smaller than their African cousins.
