They don't, usually. Lions are from Africa, Tigers from Asia, they would rarely see each other.

The closest their habitats come is in India, and recently when Indian govt. wanted to reintroduce Lions in a national park in the state of Uttar pradesh, rangers and wild life biologists were preempting and planning for possible predation of Lions by Tigers, since Bengal Tigers are arund 25% bigger in size than normal African lions, moreover Asiatic lions are a little smaller than their African cousins.
