Why do i pass out watching stitches getting pulled out but seen way worse over in Iraq and Afghanistan while serving?

at least you didn't pass out watching your sister having a cavity fixed at the dentist. I think it has something with the blood flow that is getting to your head. All the blood in your head rushes down to your stomach to stop it feeling queezy and then you pass out... I dunno
