Actually, there are not that many more. It is just that male to female transsexualism is more politicized and that female to male transsexuals tend to blend in with men better. If you have any facial hair at all, people assume you are a man, and transsexual men can easily grow facial hair after hormone treatments. Also, in addition to transsexual women, there are many men who pretend to be women but who do not have transsexualism. Those men who wear dresses are assumed to be transsexuals when they are in the separate bracket called transgender instead. Transsexuals are actually not a part of the transgender community, despite whatever propaganda that exists saying they are. Transsexuals are not really the ones pushing to be known as transgendered. That is forced onto most against their wills. Anyway, transsexual men do not have as big a problem of pretenders taking over their community since women are not as sexually motivated to cross-dress.
