some do and some don't.

those who don't tend to be like all other people who have little devotion or interest with their own job or the people that they work with- they are apathetic or indifferent.

Also, some mental health workers are a little too controlling to pay attention to what the client wants from the session are.

Interestingly enough, when a therapist views his/her credentials as the main reason for why you should see them or keep seeing them, I would personally advise you to stop seeing them.

This shows a lack of empathy or at least the ability to empathize.

It also means that the person is more concerned with his or her opinion on whatever is being discussed in sessions rather than the client's actual stance in the matter. Remember, the only way a mental health worker can treat someone is by assessing them. Assessments must be purely objective and without preconceived judgments or biases towards the patient being assessed.

What is the number of doctors per 1000 people in Ethiopia?

Ethiopia is a country having the poorest health system in the world. Maternal and infant mortality rates are among the highest. The overall health care system depends on low level health workers rather than doctors. Ethiopian doctors contributed very little for the recent improvement of the country's health care. There were about 2100 doctors ten years back and this number has become 1900 currently. It is estimated that about 150 doctors are graduated every year from the three medical schools and most of them migrate. Those who work in the country are concentrated in major cities and have very little contribution for preventive medicine, which is believed to be the most important aspect of health care for the poor rural people contributing about 85% of the total population. For your information Ethiopia has a population of 82 million. There are 15000 villages and 30000 health extension workers. Health Extension Workers are the major contributors for the advancement of health care system in Ethiopia and for the achievement of Millennium Development Goals.
