Why are transplants good?
organ transplants are good because it saves lives and the people who donate their organs wont be needing them because their dead. Organ donation saves lives. Almost every tissue and organ system can now be harvested and used for direct or indirect transplantation. Now that people have got so good as this, we are savings peoples lives that would have died in the past and still do die in Europe and Asia.
Is there any way to get the Sex organ of the opposite gender?
If you are speaking of Gender Reassignment, no not right now. You can get a fairly good semblence, but it won't work like the original and so far there have been no opposite sex organ transplants announced. The only ones have been from one person to another person of the same sex.
Why kidney transplants have a better success rate now then in the past?

A transplant surgeon basically transplants donated organs into someone's body that needs them. There are 4 types of transplants currently: Kidney Liver Pancreas Heart (done by cardiothoracic surgeons, not transplant surgeons in most cases)
