I would venture to say no. Chlorine is a highly corrosive chemical. It is used in Swimming Pools to eliminate algae. So if chlorine is destroying plant life, insects or smaller living particulates would have no need to inhabit a water system with no food.
In addition, enough chlorine can burn skin and mucous membranes, I don't think insect exoskeletons can withstand it either.

no a mosquito cant lay an egg in a human by bitting. they lay their eggs in water. and only the female drinks blood because of the eggs she is carrying. the males dont, so if u think the mosquito that bit u is male, it is a female.
i doubp it, moskuitoes need standing water to lay eggs
Technically, yes and no. If a mosquito falls into water, it will probably just die, but mosquito eggs hatch and grow within water, so a female which is ready to give birth will lay eggs in water, in which it's larvae grow.
To develop eggs to lay an animal needs to eat food. The food of a mosquito is blood, thus blood is required before the female mosquito can lay eggs.
Mosquitoes lay their eggs in water then a male fertilizes them. This is why areas with not running water tend to have more mosquitoes.
Mosquitos lay eggs. They are not classified as mammals, they are classified as insects.
