Why do old people hate computers?

Some older people don't use computers, many, many do.

Essentially it's because they have no need to use computers. They have gotten along their entire lives and haven't needed one yet, and see no benefit to starting now On the other hand, many "old" people use computers very well, but aren't as likely to play with them. They see them more as tools to get work done. That doesn't mean they don't play at all, though, but they tend to play things like solitaire and word puzzle games instead of WarCraft or GTA. Part of this is an interest thing, and part is that the "younger" people have grown up with computers and game systems, so they have trained their reflexes in ways that the previous generations didn't.

I only think some old people hate computers, not all of them. But for those who do, I think it is because they were born in a generation before us. A time when they had to think of things themselves to amuse them instead of the outstanding technology so they do that today.

As they did not have them growing up, they prefer the way they were brought up without technology. And besides they aren't great with technology as you can pretty much tell!

Another reason is that many older people are on fixed incomes and can't afford to buy a computer, and since they have lived without one so far, they also don't see any need for one.

if their not that old they can use it but i mean like they cant move then i guess not
