This is a really sad subject. In most cases, the animal was abused and acts out violently. In another case, the owner feels as if there is nothing they can do to keep the animal. In both cases, it ends up with a sad animal on the street and another number to a long list of statistics.

∙ 8y agoBecause if they are abandoned they can't get the proper care they need such as the right food, shelter and water. They also get dirty which causes skin diseases
