There are a small percentage of people who mean harm and want to harm others. For example psyhciatrists (using drugs and electric shock therapy). See the website for more information: www.cchr.org. If you mean you don't understand someone maybe you should ask them why if that's what you mean because maybe they don't know that they are mentally abusing others. For example, how would you like to (feel like you are going crazy even though you are not) this might have happened to some people and have noone try and help you or kindly ask you to stop (and what if you didn't know that you were mentally abusing others).
