Peer Pressure isn't always intentioned. A lot of times it just happens. People think everyone else is talking about them, but they aren't. Everyone is doing one thing, and you are the odd one out. No matter if its a good thing that they are doing, or a bad thing (which is usually the case) only do something if you want to do it. Because the worst someone can do to you is call you a chicken, but you are just smarter than them. Your choices mainly affect you so choose them wisely. And if you are on the other side of peer pressure; don't make someone do what they don't want to do, even if you think its for their own good.

Why do teenager cannot handle peer pressure?

Because most of the time they are put in a situation where they cannot avoid peer pressure, For example: at a school, there is alot of peer pressure, people/friends telling you what to do/what to smoke and when to do it... Peer pressure does more harm than good?

Peer pressure in school means that you feel like you should do what everyone else is doing. because your "peers" want you to do it. You should never give in to peer pressure and always ask yourself "why" am i doing this? And if it is because of other people, you should think if you would do it before those people did.
