Exercise is relevant to health, however, where the benefits go is this:

1. You get a better looking body.

2. You burn off fat.

3. You acquire more muscles to help at work, around the house, or to just show off.

4. It gives you something to do to keep yourself occupied.

5. It can help you with stress.
Regular exercise plays important role in maintaining good health. It does so in several ways. It makes our bones stronger and prevents from osteoporosis. It reduces weight and decreases bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol in our body and therefore reduces risk of high blood pressure, Heart diseases, strokes etc.

we need exercise to be healthy and fit and our hearts need to strengthen, it also helps our immune system keep strong to prevent ourselves from fewer illnesses


You need to exercise so you can maintain things like a healthy body weight and keeping your heart pumping strong. Exercise can also put you in a better mood by releasing endorphins in your brain. It can also help you sleep better if you have adequately exercised in the day.

People should exercise on a daily basis to help keep themselves healthy. This could mean only 20 to 30 minutes a day of simple exercises. It does not require long hours in a gym to keep healthy.
