it because there a lots of population of eagle so they have to shot the eagle to get a little bit
People hunt the bald agle for fun, food, for their feathers, and for their 'trophies'.
because they might do it for fun,or they sometimes cook,and EAT them! Yuck!

It is actually illegal to kill a bald eagle in the USA. It is our national bird and a very important symbol to our nation. Some people do chose to ignore these laws and do kill them for a number of reasons. They are predatory birds and can kill or injure livestock.
