people work out to 1. get in shape for someone 2. keep up their physical health or 3. just to kill time. there is no definite answer to that ... it depends on the person
well, not everyone dislikes exercise. Some people like it very much and somepeople just don't feel like doing it.
Lots of people aren't good at physical exercise or sports, and they don't like working out.
