Each person has their own preference. Google Chrome is faster, smaller, more modular and better connected to Google and Google Apps (including YouTube). Others are willing to compromise the speed for functionality or find other browsers more attractive.
It is a matter of taste; speed or functionality? Compact or Bulky?
