The main problem about fake conspiracies is that some people like to hoax and trick others (in the media, newspapers, Net, all sorts), and that's a fact.
I used to work in the printing/publishing trade. I worked innocently for some time, and then the boss started to tell myself and teach myself "touching up films" that meant, basically, camera tricks that make something look for real when it's printed (e.g. as a photo or a film or a printout), when its' not for real at all.
The Moon hoax is fairly easy to see through IF you know about photolithography, filmwork and camera tricks in the printing trade. Its' a matter of several layers of film. Its' a type of photographic editing, but its' deceptive. The films that "prove" and the films that "disprove" the Moon landing is actually difficult for most people to see the truth of only because what they are looking at it sometimes a deceptive media-boss lie, it's difficult because the PROOF is edited OUT, to so-called prove something happened when it didn't, or to so-called prove it didn't happen when it DID.
About the Moon landing: it DID HAPPEN. Truly, it did. The photos that seem to give photographic proof is a printing trade hush-hush secret. I've seen later on, after being bashed into a wheelchair by the so-called boss and staff since I told them I was going to go to the Police about things like that, later on I saw both photos that seem to prove the moon-landing happened, and photos that seems to prove it didn't. I've looked at both and done some review of how both photos etc., were done, and came up with evidence based on experience of how some photos lie and some tell the truth: the result of it is: MANKIND TRULY DID GO TO THE MOON, the Eagle landed, and those things happened, for real.

There is way more evidence, scientific evidence at that, proving the trade towers AND building 7 came down in precise demolition form. They needed a premise for war, and to get the public and congress behind it the men behind the curtain needed a huge death toll, heck I even wanted to sign up for service after seeing it on tv the first time. However, what you see is'nt always what you get and after looking into the evidence later on I was compelled to believe differently about it. I think it stops being a conspiracy when there is sufficient enough evidence and proof to make conspiracy, truth.

Should people be prosecuted for not believing the Holocaust?

No.There is a lot of misunderstanding about laws against Holocaust denial. In countries that have such laws (for example, Germany) there is no requirement for "believing in the Holocaust". The prohibition or ban is on publicly denying it. The laws do not say "Thou shalt believe in the Holocaust".Nevertheless, this is a restriction on freedom of speech ...Incidentally, contrary to a widespread misconception, Britain has no law against Holocaust denial.
