Rastafarians eat food that is in its purest form. This means that any meat can only be cooked very slightly if not at all. They do eat/drink anything from tins or cans. Many rastas are vegan and so will not eat any animal products. They only eat food in its purest form to increase Livity,, or the life energy that Rastas generally believe lives within all of us.

Practicing Jews will only eat kosher foods.

To start you will wanna eat light foods. Stay away from starchy foods, or greasy foods, those will only make you very sick to your stomach, the eventually you can eat better foods, but its not what you can/cannot eat its how much of it you eat..... eat in moderation
That depends on what country they're from and where they live. Religiously observant Jews will only eat kosher food.
In the Langar, you eat only plant foods, such as fruits, berries and vegetables. Everybody is allowed to eat with them. They only eat after they pray in the Gurdwara.
Catholics are not limited in what they can eat. The only exception is during lent when fasting occurs.
