Why do red blotches appear all over my body when i become hot or start to sweat?

i have no idea - but the same thing happens to me. it's embarrassing, especially when I'm in the gym on the elliptical and my face is blotchy and I'm scratching at it like crazy! i hope someone can answer this.
i was taking flonase and my doctor said it was an allergic reaction to that, but i have no taken it for about two-three weeks and i still itch!
