TRADITIONALLY THE "REAL" GREASERS, HAD BANDANAS HANGIN FROM THEIR BACK POCKET TO WIPE GREASE AND OIL OFF THEIR HANDS WHEN WORKING UNDER THE HOOD OF THEIR HOT ROD THE ROCKABILLY SCENE IS IN A COEXISTENCE WITH THE HOT ROD AND/OR RAT ROD SCENE SO ITS ONLY NATURAL FOR THE "STYLE" TO FOLLOW SUIT. SO ALL IN ALL FASHION? YES. AT ONE POINT USEFUL AND NOT FASHION? ALSO YES.
The reason they do this is simply fashon... I personoly do this so I would know... For some reasons it could be their "gang." bandana colour.
