If your rabbit has discharge coming out of its eyes, or has sticky or crusty eyes, there could be any number of things wrong (a parasite, disease, abscess, injury; the problem could also be dental; so on and so forth), but whatever the cause, the rabbit requires veterinary attention immediately.
They get wet eyes either because of Allergies or they may have an eye infection. When the wind blows dust it gets in their eyes, Also if your allergies are bothering you chances are the rabbit is affected, too.

Bunnies typically open their eyes around 10 days. Some bunnies open their eyes even earlier if they feel that they really need to see where they are or what's going on. All my bunnies (so far) have opened their eyes on the afternoon of the 11th day. I sometimes "help" the process by taking off the crustiness that forms to help seal the bunnies eyes.
Through There Eyes
A bunny's eyes have a wide arrange of colors. These include red, brown, black, and grey.
The top of a bunnies head is called a crown. It comes beetween their eyes and above their nose.
