My Husband has blue eyes, but they have hues of yellow in the middle, so sometimes his eyes look blue & sometimes they look very green, & sometimes in between. Blue & yellow do make green, so I personally think it depends what color the person is wearing that day & how the light hits their eyes as well. This is just my personal view on it. I am not an eye doctor….

Artisitically there are '40 SHADES OF GREEN' It can range from 'lemon yellow, to brown/blue' Look at trees and grass in different lights and different seasons. We call it green , but they are all different shades of green.
