If they attempt it and dont actually do it they might just be seeking attention or they are just afraid to either way get them help immediately

I believe you shouldn't commit suicide from bullying/cyber-bullying, people who attempt suicide, but don't commit it often are glad they didn't complete suicide, it only gets better from there. Plus people will be sad if a person commits suicide because they will lose a friend or a family member or whatever relationship they have going on.
Assisted suicide means that someone is helping someone commit suicide. Therefore it's any of the usual ways to commit suicide, just with someone helping.
If you commit suicide it can't be a crime. If you attempt it in the United States it is still not a crime. India and Singapore are the only countries that I know punish for attempted suicide by 1 to 5 years in prison. It could technically be counted as a crime; however, there is no punishment conceivable for someone who has committed suicide, as they are already dead and therefore cannot feel or care about anything (unless they are watching somehow from heaven).
People commit suicide because of serious depression. Anything that can contribute to depression can contribute to a decision to suicide.

The majority people don't want to commit suicide they just want a better life, one they enjoy and can tolerate. If you think someone is going to harm themselves or attempt suicide, get them help.
Well, of course, each teen in different, and in a different state of mind etc. Depending on what has drove them to suicide, depends on how they do it, but a magority of suicidal teens commit suicide when they are on their own, regardless of wheather they are in a public place or not.

You do NOT have to ATTEMPT suicide in any way just to be hospitalized! You do not need the action, just the intent. So if you simply say you want to commit suicide, a doctor can admit you to the hospital.
