The brackets that hold the brake pads in place are worn and are allowing the pads to rattle.
Bad wheel bearing is one possibility.
If you suspect something, get them checked. If you get vibration while applying the brakes, get them checked. If you get grinding noise from the brakes, get them checked.

The drive belt may be slipping or going bad.
It might be the CV joints. Go to a front suspension specialist and have it checked out.

When your rear trailing arm (rear control arm) are bad you will hear a clunking noise when going over bumps and potholes .... This noise is louder and more noticible while you have passengers in the rear seats..... You will also hear your tires squeek a little on turns
Check front pads and brake rotors. You might have to change the pads.
