Well , I am not too sure about this , but it might be because you didn't have enough sleep , but I have the exact same problem , but its because I sleep at 8:00 , and I wake up at 7:30 , and I go to high school. But I think its because you need a lot of sleep.
If you are constantly tired, & gaining weight, have your Thyroid tested. These are the symptoms of an under active Thyroid which is very dangerous to your health. A simple thyroid hormone replacement pill will solve the problem if that is the cause. I know, I have been on thyroid therapy for over 20 years.
