Brake shoes are hanging on the backing plate.( REAR.) bad u-joint? To much back lash in the ring and pinion gear
Air in the system. Bleed the brake system.
Turn real sharp while moving and see if you feel the front wheels jerking
IT COULD BE A WORN ENGINE MOUNT. TO BE SURE, PUT YOU CAR IN GEAR PRESS THE BRAKE APPLY THE E-BRAKE AND ACCELERATE THE CAR IF YOU FEEL THE SAME SHAKING IS YOUR ENGINE MOUNTS. (BE Careful)
Put your finger on it then turn fan on/off, you should feel the relay latching "clicking"..
To release the parking brake, hold the regular brake pedal down with your right foot. Push down momentarily on the parking brake pedal with your left foot until you feel the pedal release. If the parking brake is not released when you began drive, the brake system warning light comes on and s chime sounds as a warning that the parking brake is still on.Manual Book page 2-28
