If your a larger person your stomach expands making you want to eat more. It also depends on what you eat, grains and pasta usually make you feel more full. Your body needs a certain amount of calories a day. If you don't eat enough then you will feel weak or hungry even after meals. If your on a diet and your watching your calories don't starve yourself and drink more water. Water usually helps you feel more full. Also try eating more fiber.
