Based on the category you've placed this generic interview question, then we look at the skills and experience you have the opportunity of communicating to the person/company asking.

Look at what you have done in the past to provide good and or excellent customer service. If youve had to deal with a difficult situation which you have resolved to the satisfaction of the cusomer. Remember, you have customers that are co workers and people that dont work with you but use your services. Have at least 2 situations where youve gone the extra mile, maybe youve actually have a wrtten "thank you" from someone who youve assisted. These are are excellent as evidence of the facts. If you new to the work of work look at school colleage or even somethig you do as a hobby where youve assisted delivering a sevice. Employers will welcome these as much as examples of real work situations as it shows that you did something which you were not even paid for.

Sales: If you worked somewhere and had teh opportunity to help increase sales by setting up a saling area, come up with a suggestion or assisted someone create a unique selling opportunity use this. It does not need to be a huge selling point but it can show that youve used skills to sell. Look at times when a customer was undecided about a purchase. Did you provide positive information which helped them change their mind to buy? Have you advised someone on the purchase of an item, even if you were not selling it i.e. Telling a friend about a product that they were then impressed enough to buy? These are examples that help employers see skills or apositive potential in you that will benefit their company.
