Could be many reasons, you could have poorly shielded cables which are picking up something from another device, you can have something in your power lines that carry over through the receiver, you could have poor speakers.
To source the problem you need to do a series of tests- easiest way is to take the speakers somewhere else and try them out, if they have the same problem then it's the speakers, if not try unplugging your phones, switching the power outlet you use, or upgrading to thicker cable.
retroalimentacion = feed back. (as in the annoying sound made by speakers)

Yes, you will need a screwdriver though, and a smart idea is to put the srews on the back magnet of the speaker
I had a very hard time with my back speakers. I had to remove the back seats so I could remove the parcel shelf and speakers. Then I did the same thing in reverse with my new speakers lol. I am NOT looking forward to doing the front speakers/tweeters. Haha Khloe :)
The back seat has to come out and the seat back and the package tray has to also come out and then you can get to the bolts that hold the speakers in at the back, as far as the door speakers you have to take the inside door panels off and then you can get to the bolts to the door speakers.
