Have your vechiles suspension inspected, at this point sounds like something has either broken or come loose. May be a snapped coil.
Most are up underneath the dashboard. Turn on the heater blower motor and listen where the sound is coming from. The heater core is behind that sound.
It sounds like a universal joint to me, it's an easy repair and cheap too.
check for a bad shock absorber or even a bad u-joint in drive shaft
They mean the same thing, but underneath makes you sound smarter.
Go to insert, go on sound, then underneath put record sound.

it is the muffler, the spot welds are broke within the muffler
check the speakers

wheel bearings, worn brake pads, dry u-joints could be one of many sound travels on a vehicle but start with those
