Actually, you have a 50-50 chance of seeing a Mitt Romney ad, as opposed to one for Barack Obama. We do not control what ads come up on the site (there are outside firms that place the ads); but it should be noted that when ads do come up, that does not mean we endorse them-- and yes, there are ads for candidates from both parties.

(And I really don't think we are in anyone's pocket. We try to be accurate and factual. Sometimes this bothers partisans because they will send us a "How come candidate X is the worst person in history" question and we can't give them the answer they seem to want. Some of the questions about President Obama are based on myths and legends, so we correct them. When President Bush was in office, we held the same standard for questions about him.)
