Physics is really important in many scientific fields, and veterinarian is one of them. All sciences are required to become a vet.
Biology: To actually find out what is wrong with the animal, and cure it.
Chemistry: What kind of medication you would have to use, and if they could be put together to combine a cure.
Physics: The tools, machinery, X-rays and lasers are used in veterinary surgery or diagnosis.
From what i know they are just to get into a veterinary Uni. where a very high majority of students get B's at worst so straight A's give you a good chance of getting in. However there are A level equivalents like a veterinary course which lasts a few years, come out on top of that and you should be fine getting in
Actually, yes you do. Physics is really important in most scientific fields. Suppose per say, you have a cat that comes in the clinic with a breathing problem, you need Physics to answer you here; you must know how much oxygen to give it, and the pressure that the heart can sustain. I am not so sure about your university, but you have to check with them.
Simply because Biology deals with the structure, function, growth, origin, evolution, distribution, and taxonomy of animals ! Knowledge of an animals origin and development may point a vet to the cause of its illness.
animel biology,vet,and other animel biologists
because doctor is have to need know about chemistry, and should know human body. to make a good way to the patient
I dont know cant find the answer any where and i need this answer for my biology essay
i don't know, i need to know the exact same thing for my biology
the farmer fertilizes the corn with his urine and makes the corn grow nice and yellow<--- who ever put that is very immature A farmer uses biology to grow corn because he has to know the wheather condition in which corn can grow and location. He has to study about corn to help it grow and survive and biology= study of living things
NO! I think you have to know Biology.
Biology, Chemistry and Maths
I need this in my Biology Homework so please, I need to know this one.
You'll need to major in Marine Biology, unsure about number of years you need.
Geologists need to know about physics, chemistry, biology and maths.
What do I need to study/know for the biology test? Motto = "Study/Know everything"
All of them: Math, Calculus, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English, and Social Studies. You must finish all of your Grade 12 classes and pass the exams with at least 70% to 75% to be able to enroll in the Pre-Vet program or Animal Sciences Pre-Vet program to start your way on becoming an equine vet.
5 GCSEs at grade C or above I think one must be Biology & BTEC National Diploma or Certificate in Animal Care
you better rethink being a vet- obvious answer is BIOLOGY.
They need to know biology and know what is safe and what is not. As well as... Physics Biomechanics Kinesiology
I really don`t know but the answer is if you want a good vet you should try phillpes
Specific high school courses will have little to do with becoming a veterinarian. You will need good grades to enable you to get into college and good grades there in order to get into vet school. For entry into a pre-vet program, you should focus on the sciences, especially chemistry and biology. Once in college, you should expect a mix of biology, chemistry, math courses to dominate your schedule. Ask your advisor to help you design a path for your journey to vet school. Work hard, because vet school is not for the faint of heart!
