Why do you sometimes get really upset for no reason?

If you often get upset or emotional during relationships weather they are long distance relationships, breakups or teen dating, its all down to emotional attachment. When you have been for someone for a while you become emotionally attached and get into a habit of seeing one an other, this is often thought to be one of the three L's in relationships...love, lust, or loneliness. When this person is not there anymore you get a feeling of loneliness but this is just the first part. if you get upset in a relationship when things are going fine, its usually because your emotions are high and they overtake you and can either make you cry, laugh, or worse, breakup because you think there's something wrong, when really there's not. if there are problems in the relationship and you find yourself getting upset over nothing at all really, then just try to talk to a close friend or partner, it really does help. sometimes people can feel a little bit lonely in a relationship as if they are being pushed aside too, and may want some attention, this is mostly common in long term relationships but happens often in any circumstances. One other reason may be for no reason you are not happy in the relationship but don't know it.
