Some people are swayed by the scientific evidence that indicates human activity has made major contributions to climate change in recent decades.
Other folks prefer the soothing pablum offered up by Propaganda mills like the Heartland Institute, which claims earth is too big for man to harm, and that global warming is caused by the sun anyway, and that since climate has changed in ages past, long before humans even existed, it is therefore logically impossible human activity could have measurable impact on modern climate.
