I am a very curious by nature and have great listening skills which are important in laying the groundwork for building a relationship. I pay attention to details, which is very important in fundraising. I have a certain amount of fearlessness when it comes to asking for money or thinking outside the box for a cause I am passionate about. I like setting goals and achieving them and working with a team to collaborate to get us where we need to be. I am strategic with vision. I have good instincts and timing. I am competitive and enjoy the chase. I enjoy people and have a gift of encouragement and like to introduce ways of engaging donors to keep the connection. I am very positive and love to see good things happen to worthwhile causes and enjoy being a part of that culture.

Well I'm from Wisconsin, and our churches here sometimes do a carnival fundraiser and you might make allot of money. just a suggestion

What was the most many raised for a school fundrasier?
There are many different programs out there. Some programs require you to pay upfront for products and some require a minimum purchase. You need to also look at the percentage you will make is it 10%, 25% 50%? Incentive programs are a good indication of how excited people will be to sell the products for the fundraiser. Just think, would you want to sell products if you were going to get a free magazine subscription or a free home theater system. Not that the fundraiser should be about the incentive to the seller but it does help to keep everyone motivated.
