Can't help with your keyboard prbly but the blue keys are an international keyboard, not all computers have them but it's good to have invade you go to a different county or take French in college or high school
I have a laptop, and the right & left shift keys work for me.
In order to create a footnote you need to press the following keys on the keyboard: Ctrl + Alt + F Ctrl + Alt + Shift + F Ctrl + Shift + F Depending on the program you are using one of the combinations above should work.
Some people are left handed some a right handed it's political.
Hold CTRL+SHIFT+F9 while on the main menu, and start your game as you continue to hold them. Only the CTRL and SHIFT keys on the left side of the keyboard will work.

Your Shift key may be stuck down. Also, on certain keyboards, particularly on laptops, different combinations of Shift, Caps Lock, Num Lock, Fn (function) and Ctrl can cause the machine to get into a funny state. If all else fails, try rebooting your machine. If it still persists, there may be a problem with your keyboard.
Hit Shift, Ctrl and C to open the cheat window... btw its motherlode and if you type it wrong it wont work
to find the number of keys that work roger has to add the number of the keys to the ones that broke
First I will check the previous shift work and i will have communication with that shift supervisor. Then i will plan the work of current shift. And i will check man power and other sources required for run that shift. If any source missed or repaired, i will arrange the alternative source for the shift work.
