Why do your locks on ML320 Mercedes Benz keep clicking when you accelerate?

After checking my fuses,I told it was a bad door lock accuator on my 01 ml320. It was actually my passenger rear door (right rear). The cost to repair is roughly 500.00 or more,given that the acuator itself is over a 100.00..Check your fuses first..Hope this helps....

You need to remove the door panel, the outside handle and lock unscrew the 3 bolts near the latch unplug elect plug and remove..The rear locks u need to remove the window rail on the left side to get lock out its 2 tight with rail installed

On my 1992 190E I can lock the trunk with any of the keyed locks. If you lock the doors, the trunk locks and if you lock the trunk, the doors lock. In other words all the keyed locks are electrically interconnected. In reality the locks are not electrically interconnected. There is a pump in the right side wheel well of the trunk, it uses vacuum to lock all the locks and pressure to unlock them. Although the pump is powered electrically, the locks are not.
