Any of the following can cause this.............

6. Vehicle computer.
The left turn has right away
check the alternater Something to do with your electrical in your vehical so i think you should get that checked out right away or just don't use your ac or defrost and your vehical should be ok..
If you turn on the AC it will start right away. Otherwise within 20 min it should come on, depending on how warm it is.
It means it was your right to turn?
My best guess is your AC belt is in bad shape and tightens when you engage the AC/Defrost.
Check the belt on the ac compressor of the 2004 Navigator. It sounds like the belt is slipping when the ac first comes on.
The ac pump may be seized up.
Behind the right front wheel, turn wheels to the right. That's where I was told it is.
turn on the ac and open the door or window
You can turn the temperature of the AC up but if you turn the fan part of the AC up "high" or "low" it will only make it colder.
Turn your AC on and if the squeal goes away in a couple of seconds it has to do with either the idler pulley or the AC pulley itself. Mine was both.
Turn your steering wheel to the right. The port is in front of the right wheel on the fender well, closest to the radiator.
