Because Synthetic oil is the best oil for high performance engines and motorsports like racing..it protects the tempature of the motor better and even tho it costs more. it lasts on the avg of 2.5 times longer...Performance cars arent cheap so it, makes sense to invest only the best oil in them to perserve and keep the motor cool.
