Briggs and Stratton have their own website which sells genuine parts, (and they recommend that you only fit genuine parts!). However, parts are also available from Amazon and eBay.

Briggs and Stratton only recommend using their own brand of lawnmower oil. This oil is available in stores for around $6 for 18oz. This particular oil is designed to be compatible with air cooled engines.
You can find the operator's manual for that engine at www.briggsandstratton.com. You will need to contact the manufacturer of the mower for the lawn mower owner's manual. Briggs and Stratton did not amke that mower, only the engine.
