Christianity is ambiguous in respect to the devil. On the one hand, God is all-powerful and could destroy the devil at a single command, but on the other, there will be a great war between the angels led by Michael and the demons led by the devil; although the angels will win, it will be a hard-fought contest. In Christian thought, the devil is an excellent proxy for evil, allowing the individual to absolve himself or herself of blame. More importantly, the existence of Satan absolves God for the existence of evil in this world. For Christianity to work the way it does, it needs the devil.
Because he hates god!!!
No human can do that. The devil is evil. Killing the devil is hard to do for humans, God and Jesus can kill the devil
yes the devil was a angle at first he tryed to destroy god perfect plans that god had for us so god kicked him out of heaven
The simple true answer is....NO. if you study the book of Job, you will see that God allowed the devil to torment Job and kill his family but God did not use the devil to punish him. God might allow things to come into your life that will cause you grief or harm but God does not cause the things to happen. He might use them to get your attention but God does not use Satan to punish anyone. The devil is not God's punisher, In Isaiah 14:14 we read the Satan was the most powerful and glorious angel that God created. Satan became jealous of man and God and wanted to be God. The devil desired to replace God, but God judged him and cast him out of heaven. Now Satan roams around like a roaring lion seeking those he can devour or destroy. Satan hates you, and all mankind and all of God's creation. Because if he can't rule over it, he wants to destroy it.
They are the doombringers of the devil's chief angel, Abaddon. They will come and destroy those that God sees as evil and those that are unrighteous.
The devil is the most evil being that were existed. The devil was removed from Heaven because he thought he could be equal with his creator, God. The devil does not punish anyone, but will do anything in his power to destroy peace, ruin souls , and cause people to not follow God's laws. People are ultimately responsible for their sins. God knows all situations, however and is the only one that can judge. The devil is full of rage, and hate, and wants nothing good to happen to anyone. He hates the righteous, because he can't destroy their faith in God
He didn’t, the devil did and does! Adam chose to eat the fruit and brung sin into this world, would you want to be like a puppet and not free, God gives us the chance to either do wickedness or to go by His word. God is letting the devil have his time, but in the end, God will destroy all wickedness and will lock the devil up for a thousand years and there will be peace on earth, then after a thousand years, then He will put the devil in the lake of fire.
The "possessed" people in the movie are not possessed in the classic sense -- by the devil or demons. Instead, they are under the control of God, and were sent by God to destroy all of humanity.
Nowhere. How would the devil protect God when God created the devil? (Ezekiel 28)
There is no such thing as devil pray. God said that devil pray is against God's law
Because in the scriptures it says "The Devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy" people get so far away from God that the Devil starts to take over their lifes, therefore people kill. I would tell you the scripture but I can't find it, sorry.
