Mexico looks both ways: it belongs to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) with Canada and the United States, but also has trade agreements with Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, and most Central America.
The continent has never been called 'the US.' The continent is North America. North America has three countries, Canada, Mexico and the United States of America.
Yes, it is. Mexico is the third westernmost country in the world, behind the United States and Canada.
As North America, or just part of a blue marble.
It is neither. The Gulf of Mexico is a rather large body of water that can be considered part of the Atlantic Ocean, and is delimited by the Florida and Yucatan peninsulas, south of the United States of America and east of Mexico.
Swedish settlers in early North America introduced the style of log cabin construction that we typically associate with the term "log cabin" in which the logs were said horizontally and stacked rather than placed vertically in the ground.
Canada is directly north of the USA (e.g. above the US states of Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan (or rather, Lake Superior, which belongs to Michigan), Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine) and Mexico is directly south of the western half of the USA (e.g. below California, Arizona, New Mexico, and part of Texas). By the way, there are many maps online that show this--it would have been quicker, easier, and less annoying to do that. You're welcome.
The peanut, or groundnut, is a species in the legume family (so it is a pea rather than a nut) native to South America, Mexico and Central America. It is now grown in subtropical countries across the world.
Firstly because living standards are higher in America; if you do the same job in Mexico and in America, in America you are much more likely to be able to afford to eat well, clothe yourself, buy more goods, entertain yourself etc. America also has better public services and infrastructure eg a hospital is more likely to treat you if you are sick and you aren't likely to live with sewage in the streets. In addition, the same goods or services tend to be cheaper in Mexico than they are in America, so many Mexicans come to America to work and send some of their money back to their family in Mexico or save it for when they return to Mexico, where even a small amount of money by American standards makes a big difference. Also some parts of Mexico are rather violent due to the drug trade, so some Mexicans flee to America because they feel in danger in Mexico.
America contains many countries,Rather than list all of them I will concentrate on North AmericaLast estimate I saw for USA was 308,850,000 (Wikipedia)Last estimate I saw for Canada was 34,000,000 (Wikipedia)Last estimate I saw for Mexico was 111,211,000 (Wikipedia)Total for North America 454,406,000 estimated populationIf you really want a complete guess (and that is what a census is) add up the countries on Wikpedia like I did.
The United States, Canada and Mexico were all signatories to the NAFTA agreement. France and the UK were never part of the agreement, but rather are part of European trading agreements.
No. The Mexican Peso is the official currency for Mexico.
The state of New Mexico is not swampy, indeed, it is rather dry.
