Why does Nehemiah chapter 1 verse 1 say hachaliah was Nehemiah's father and Nehemiah chapter 3 verse 16 say that azbuk was his father?

It's a different Nehemiah mention in Ch. 3 Verse 16, apparently he's the ruler of the half part of Bethzur which Nehemiah (the writer of the book) is not. So just a different Nehemiah.
