Northern Ireland does not belong to England. The two of them, along with Scotland and Wales, form the United Kingdom. Ireland did not give six counties to England. Before 1921, all of Ireland was part of the United Kingdom. When the Irish Free State was formed in 1921, the majority of the population in the six counties wanted to remain part of the United Kingdom. A minority of the population of the six counties wanted to join what is now the Republic of Ireland. The six counties became what is now known as Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland is not part of England, but along with England, Scotland and Wales, it is part of the United Kingdom. England and the United Kingdom are not the same thing so don't get it mixed up.
