The Gulf Stream
A current from the Gulf of Mexico carries warm waters up north towards Europe. This is why Europe is warmer than the Northern US, even though it is farther north.
Because Spain is a lot further south than Norway.
The GULF STREAM current brings hot air from the Caribbean up to Europe, which is what makes Europe much warmer than parts of Asia and North America at similar latitudes.
You need to check that fact again.

Definitely Spain! Norway has warm summers; on a nice warm day it can get up to 30 degrees Celsius, but Norwegian winters are really cold. I'm a norwegian and I still haven't gotten used to it, haha. Temperatures are usually below 5 degrees Celsius and can go down to -30++ so yeah..Spain is much warmer than Norway!
