Im not sure why that guy wants it legalized but if he is like anyone else who wants it legalized then i believe i have the answer. Marijuana has more medical uses than anything else on the planet. It is used to help cancer patients, people with glaucoma, and help people with insomnia. There are people out there who this "Drug" would be very helpful for and it would enhance their life so much. This drug is not just needed for people who need it to wind down after a long day, but people with multiple sclerosis who need this drug in order just to speak clearly and understandable. One good example of this would be the guy they filmed in the documentary "The Union".

I'm assuming no, the military has a zero tolerance level for anything marijuana related and if you have a medical marijuana card, you most likely have a debilitating medical condition that makes you ineligible anyway, otherwise you're cheating the system and they don't want liars either. Sorry.
