sounds like transmission problems, probably need to have a professional look at it
The 1993 Isuzu Trooper with the 4L30E 5-speed manual specifies API 5W30 for the transmission. API SJ (or above) is compatible with this transmission.
The 1990 Isuzu 2.8 liter engine MAF sensor can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The sensor will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
i have a 1990 Isuzu trooper as well and the speedometer and odometer also quit working, they both come off of a mechanical cable that is attached to the drive train. that cable breaks, and you lose both speed and odometer indications. they are extremely difficult to find, so if you do, write me back...
The tranny uses a preset program to shift that is computer based. You use your right foot on the gas pedal to get the trooper up to speed for the shift to happen in the normal driving scenario.
increasing the speed on a new isuzu d max
there is a resistor that controls the speed and should be near the blower motor its called blower motor resistor
Idle air control actuator is probably bad.
Yes it can but with limits. The maximum speed it can be towed with the drive shaft in is 30 MPH and the maximum distance is 50 miles.
Yes. You would need to leave both the transmission and the transfer case in neutral, and leave the hubs unlocked if you have manual locking hubs.
From 1999 to 2002: 2WD: Protrudes from the transmission housing, just ahead of the propeller shaft. 4WD: Protrudes from the rear output shaft housing of the transfer case. Not sure about earlier years, but probably the same location,
It is a piece of Junk
The maximum speed of the 1963 Isuzu 350 pick-up 4cyl 72hp is 96 mph.
