just an educated guess,but I would look at the wires where they go into the door,the wires are in the round rubber billows that goes from the door to the body,if not that maybe a loose wire inside the door,this would require door panel removal

Your thermostat is stuck open.
it supplies power to certain items constantly; even with the ignition switch off. pcm, clock, dome lights, to name a few.
If you have installed any accessory that requires power, it may be that your positive or negative terminals are not properly tightened (or a bit loose), but it all depends on which fuse is blowing.
Because something on that supply line has a problem
Did you check the fan?
